FORM·A dsgn is an architecture and interior design studio working between Kyiv, Ukraine and Bratislava, Slovakia. This website (formadsgn.com) is our studio portfolio. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how it is used.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of any kind. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit yourself, through the contact form on this site: your name, phone number and email address.
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry — for example, to get in touch about a potential project. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties, other than the service that delivers the form submission to us (see below).
Our contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf; we encourage you to review Formspree's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.
This site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes. Any cookies present are limited to what your browser or GitHub Pages hosting uses to serve the site itself, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
We keep messages received through the contact form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Both are used by studios and businesses worldwide, including within the EU; if you are located in the European Union, this means your data may be processed outside your country in the course of these services being provided.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us through the contact form, please contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do so, just email us directly.
